WAHMSkins.com retains the copyright to all products sold at WAHMSkins.com. A purchase allows you to display the product in the intended form. The designs and/or graphics may not be altered in any way. Products must be used in the manner intended by us. If you purchase a website template, it must be used as a website template and may not be altered for use on eBay or any other medium. All preliminary artwork remains the full property of WAHMSkins.com.

All copyright information and credit links must remain intact. Designs are copyrighted to WAHMSkins.com and may not be duplicated, shared, or redistributed in any manner. They may not be claimed as your own in part or as a whole. Do not use any images for obscene, defamatory, or immoral works or any other purpose that is prohibited by law. Websites must be family friendly.

Purchasing any products and/or services from WAHMSkins.com constitutes your agreement to all of our terms and conditions. By purchasing any of our products and/or services you are only purchasing the right to display the material with all credit links remaining intact.

Due to the digital nature of our products and services, we are unable to issue refunds after the product has been delivered.

Website design does not include hosting. We have provided a list of preferred shopping cart hosts. If you choose to utilize a host that is not on the list, you will receive a zipped file containing the template and the graphics. It will be your responsibility to code and install it on your selected host. We do not provide technical support for hosts outside of our preferred providers.

Your purchase does not include the setup of categories or products. Maintenance beyond the initial setup is available at an hourly rate.

Graphic designs may not be duplicated in printable form unless you have purchased a printable accessory.

You are engaging WAHMSkins.com as an independent contractor. If your purchase includes installation of a website, we will need access to your hosting service.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone based on our own judgment.

Additional information for custom design work:

When a waiting list is in effect, a 25% deposit is required to be placed on the waiting list. A 50% deposit is due at the beginning of the design process with the remaining due once a design and layout have been accepted. Once work begins on your site, fees are nonrefundable.

Start to finish, your custom site should take from one to six weeks for completion. It is important that we communicate in a timely manner. We do use anti-spam programs. If you email us and we do not respond within twenty-four hours, please try again. If you do not hear from us on a regular basis, please check your spam/junk/bulk folder. If communication can not be established prior to the beginning of the design process your deposit will be refunded.

Ongoing support will be available for the first thirty days for the design installation only. Support for the shopping cart should be obtained from the host. Support beyond the thirty days will be subject to an hourly fee.

By completing this purchase, you agree that you are solely responsible for complying with any laws, taxes, and tariffs applicable in any way to the custom design project and will hold harmless, protect, and defend WAHMSkins.com and its subcontractors from any claim, suit, penalty, tax, fine, penalty, or tariff arising from your exercise of Internet electronic commerce.
